Resource email privacy

When you request the starter kit, we store your email address, optional first name, request date, the resource that referred you, and whether you requested future emails. We also record delivery status, download counts, and clicks to the demo from the kit confirmation.

Kit delivery and optional updates

We use your email to send the kit through our email delivery provider, SendGrid. We store resource requests separately from school accounts. Requesting a kit does not create an account or subscribe you to updates.

If you select the optional checkbox, we email a confirmation link. You become subscribed only after confirming. You can cancel a pending subscription or unsubscribe using the link in that email. Future marketing emails will also include an unsubscribe link.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. Temporary rate limits use hashed email and network identifiers; we do not retain raw IP addresses in the resource list.

Your choices

We do not sell your resource contact details. To request access, correction, or deletion of your resource information, contact support. Read about school account privacy.
