A few good questions.
What counts toward the three-event limit?
The first three distinct events you publish, whether paid or free. Drafts and proposals do not count. Closing, cancelling, or deleting a published event does not restore its allowance. Reopening the same event does not use another allowance.
Can we collect money on the free plan?
Yes. Connect a verified school or PTA Stripe account, then open paid bookings. Families’ payments go to that organization’s Stripe account. You do not need a Party Fundraisers subscription or billing card to accept payments for up to three lifetime published events.
What happens when we publish a fourth event?
You’ll see “Upgrade to unlimited, $649/year.” The event stays unpublished until you upgrade. Your existing three events keep accepting bookings.
Can we prepare everything before connecting Stripe?
Yes. Create your school, customize its page, prepare parties, and rehearse bookings in test mode. Stripe verification is required when you’re ready to collect real payments. Free events can accept real bookings without Stripe.
What happens if we cancel Unlimited?
You keep unlimited access through the end of your current subscription period. Then your school returns to Free. If it has ever published more than three events, reactivate Unlimited to accept new paid bookings. Closing or deleting events does not reset the count. Existing bookings and refunds remain available.
